Looking at roof racks can be intimidating, but we are here to help.

The questions to ask yourself:

What do I have on my roof already?

• Naked roof, flush rails, raised rails or factory bars will determine the type of towers or cross bars you will need.

What am I hoping to carry?

• The answer to this question will determine what style of bars you should look at
• Some things to note: If your car comes with factory racks check the weight capacity of the bars, that may effect what you can carry. The length of bars on your roof will determine how much you can carry (ex. 2 bikes, 3 kayaks, a wide roof box and a canoe exc.)

There could be other components that affect the ability to have a roof rack installed safely on your car.

• If you are looking at purchasing a unique car or something with a sunroof/moonroof/glass roof we recommend calling us to make sure there is a fit for your vehicle.

Ordering a roof rack:

• We stock a variety of components from Yakima, Thule, and Malone. However, with so many vehicle fits available, if we don’t have exactly what you need in-store, we can special order it (subject to availability).
• If you have a trip planned, be sure to allow enough time for checking availability and shipping (usually 1-2 weeks but the longer the better).

Installing my roof rack:

• Yakima and Thule provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions for properly installing roof racks. We can offer guidance on how to install them on your vehicle
• If you'd prefer not to do it yourself, we’re here to help! For a fee, we offer rack installation services. Just give us a call, and we can check our availability. Please note, we only install racks purchased from our store
